Refund Policy

This policy covers paid 1:1 mentorship. Everything else on this site, including the Discord and the resources, is free.

Applying

Applying through the mentorship questionnaire is free with no obligation. Nothing is charged until we both agree mentorship is a fit.

Before mentorship begins

If you have paid but we have not held the first session, you can request a full refund at any time.

After mentorship begins

Once sessions have started, refunds are prorated for any unused sessions. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Message me directly through the channel we use for mentorship, or reach out on Discord or X at @kaiwyktrades. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

What refunds do not cover

Refunds are not issued based on trading outcomes. Mentorship is coaching on process, risk, and psychology, and results depend on your own execution and market conditions.
